Currently, supporters gathered at the cook-a-thon event, held at Amore Gardens in Lekki, are enthusiastically sharing videos of themselves cheering for the talented chef and celebrating her incredible milestone.
Originally expected to conclude at 4 pm today, Hilda’s cooking marathon has surpassed the existing Guinness World Record for the “longest cooking marathon by an individual,” formerly set at 96 hours.
Upon certification after reaching the 100th hour, Hilda Baci will surpass the current world record holder, Lata Tondon, an Indian chef who accomplished the impressive feat in 2019 by cooking continuously for 87 hours and 45 minutes without interruption.
