During Dele Momodu’s 63rd birthday celebration in London, Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the Labour Party in the 2023 election, expressed his opinion that the All Progressives Congress (APC) could have effectively advanced Nigeria if they had selected Vice President Yemi Osinbajo as their candidate.
In a viral 52-second video, Obi revealed that he had previously confronted the APC leadership, stating that if they desired progress for Nigeria, they should have nominated Osinbajo for the party’s presidential ticket.
In short video Peter Obi said, “I am desperate to see Nigeria working, I can’t hide it. I even confronted them if you want it, why didn’t you bring Osinbajo so that we can have people who want to work for the country?
“Nigeria needs a healthy person and someone like him working 24 hours. Let’s have the place working for everyone,”
